After many years of a very constructive and successful cooperation in the sector of sanitary installations/ building automation and control, at the end of February both companies have announced in a joint statement that Gebr. Kemper GmbH + Co. KG, Olpe shall take over Dendrit Haustechnik Software GmbH, Dülmen, as of 01 January 2010.

With this acquisition by Kemper, the way is paved for Dendrit and its in-house software products to continue a longstanding, successful cooperation by offering innovative software for the sanitary installations market.

For Kemper, the acquisition of Dendrit underlines its leading position in providing project design basics for the overall preparation of building service planning in the sector of sanitary installations/building automation and control.

Currently, a joint platform is presented - Kemper Dendrit CAD 5.4 -, on which renowned companies form a network in order to offer integrated, complete, and complex planning solutions for building automation and control. The Dendrit software will tie together the products of the associated companies into a unique basis for design engineers in the sanitary and heating engineering sector.

By acquiring Dendrit, Kemper wishes to strengthen its position in supporting project planners and to further develop its contacts with strategic market partners.

Both parties have agreed to confidentiality regarding details of the transaction.
