In practice, the functional safety of a circulation systems is not a given factor, despite consideration of all relevant technical standards during the planning phase. That especially applies to complex circulation systems in major plants such as in hotels, retirement homes, hospitals, etc. Up to now, it was not possible for the design engineers to mathematically depict the ideal condition for a pipeline network. Influences on the pipeline operation, caused by deviations from the ideal condition, could only be determined by taking measurements in the circulation system during operation. However, more or less large deviations between „ideal“ and „real“ are always to be expected in practice for the most varied reasons.

The new circulation simulation from KEMPER, a software module that provides planners the greatest possible planning and operational security. The advanced software facilitates simulating the hydraulic and thermal synergies of pumps, pipeline network and dynamic or static control engineering in the circulation systems. The simulation does not change the pipeline and distribution engineering; rather it shows the practicality of the pipeline network design and the selected valve technology. With the new KEMPER simulation module, now any designed and measured circulation system and already be analyzed in the computer, nearly realistically. The pipeline network structure to be analyzed can optionally be combined with circulation pumps from Wilo and Grundfos as well as with the complete KEMPER regulation technology. The planners now have an unusually powerful instrument available for pipeline network analysis and for new construction planning as well as during reconstruction.
