Small flows in transit – lots of movement in the ring

WDW Inliner systems and their energy advantages for covering the consumption and circulation in the riser branch have been known for a long time. If the Inliner system is additionally capable of circulating up into the floors, additional energy savings are possible.

For the first time in history of Inliner circulation, it is now possible to conduct the circulation flow up to the floors. The CDW line is formed as a ring up to the tapping points by using the KHS -Multi-Circ Distributor Unit -dynamic- for Inliner systems. The new, intelligent Inliner technology interacting with the proven venturi principle enables stable floor circulation paired with the highest level of energy efficiency. With the KHS Multi-Circ Distributor Unit -dynamic- another step towards stagnation prevention has been taken. The dynamic flow distributor is capable of achieving a maximal flow through of the connected rings even with the smallest volume rates in the distribution / in the riser branch.

During small volume flow in transit, ≈ 95 % volume flow is conducted through the ring!!
