KEMPER ’Eco-Compact’ Flange stop valve
The newly developed 'Eco-Compact' flange stop valve from KEMPER
is the first compact valve of its kind to be made of the proven
material gunmetal. Its extremely short mounting frame produces a significant reduction of the installation length. The low weight and the simple installation provide an additional benefit during daily installation work. The valve is fabricated in proven Kemper gunmetal quality. The non-rotating stem and the thread outside the fluid provide high reliability. The valve is equipped with a flange connection according to DIN 2501 and is suitable for the pressure stages PN 6, 10 and 16.
Expansion KEMPER stop valve water meter range
The successful KEMPER stop water meter range was expanded with the innovative
’Rg 120’ series. This self-contained series includes stop valve
water meter combinations and mounting blocks in the well-known designs with both manufacturer-specific and universal water meter housings. The innovation is the novel manufacturing process of the valve body from only one single cast part (single-piece cast). That results in unbeatable advantages: no soldering points, no pipe inserts and no adapters! Furthermore, the decreased length of the valves in the mounting blocks reduces the required volume of highly-resistant, pressure and tension-proof PU rigid foam.
KEMPER hose connection valve for Type F wall hydrants
e dependable solution for wall hydrants in buildings with all types of use. It provides permanent functional safety and reliability, both in case of fire as well as during maintenance. The smoothly operating upper section does not freeze up even after long periods of not being activated, guaranteeing immediate operational readiness. The wrench flats integrated in the housing provide advantageous mounting. Security against manipulation in the top section of the valve is provided by the special upper section, which can only be mounted with a special tool. more>>
KEMPER ’FK-4’ backflow discharge valve BA
The KEMPER ’FK-4’ backflow discharge valve BA is used to secure compliance with the requirements in DIN EN 1717 up to fluid category 4 and is suitable for installation in new buildings and for replacing unsuitable tap valves in the inve
ntory. In 5.3.2, under Connections, DIN EN 1717 states:
All connections to the drinking water installation are considered permanent connections.
In practice that means the planned connections for devices and apparatus have to be executed as if there is a constant connection between the drinking water system and the equipment.
The KEMPER ’FK-4’ backflow discharge valve BA is manufactured from the corrosion-resistant, durable and proven material gunmetal. The innovative valve was designed with direct connection to the wastewater system acc DIN EN 1717 and with a block before the safeguard device. The applications for the KEMPER ’FK-4’ backflow discharge valve BA: Nominal widths DN 15 and DN 20 for the domestic area, DN 25 and DN 50 for industry, trade, agriculture and gardening companies (Application examples: professional heating system filling, connection fitting for high-pressure jet cleaners).

KEMPER 'Control-plus' flow and temperature
measurement valve
The perfect solution is the KEMPER ’Control-plus’.
The valve together with the mobile hand-held measuring instrument gives you the right perspective and mercilessly uncovers existing disru
ptive factors. Volumetric flows can be precisely determined and regulated and operating conditions can be documented.
That increases reliability when operating both existing and new plants. Regulating the required volume-flows greatly improves the temperature presence at the withdrawal points. Regulating the circulation system by setting the volume flows and monitoring the temperatures facilitates utilization of the maximum possible energy-savings potential.

KEMPER KHS Mini Control System
One novelty in the KHS line is the KHS Mini System Control. It can be used to run small and medium sized buildings such as schools, kindergartens, small plants, industry, department stores, holiday homes, etc. The control is an improvement on the existing and proven Kemper KHS Logic Control System. Using intelligent MASTER-SLAVE engineering, the operating modes of time, temperature and flush volume with overflow monitoring can be individually configured for each and every flush group.

KEMPER Leak Security System
An undetected leak is the reason for costly reconstruction work in buildings after water damage.
If a leak develops through a pipe burst, weak points in the connections or in the drinking water system's building services equipment, water often flows unnoticed for hours or days in highly sensitive building zones, for instance in engineering, residential and storage areas. The flooding is often only detected when the water starts dripping from the ceiling or is already flowing from the house door to the street area.
The solution to this problem is the new KEMPER Leak Security System, including a leak controller, a water sensor and a KEMPER-VAV maximum flow isolating ball valve, DVGW certified according to DIN EN 13828.

The KEMPER Leak Security System is installed in the drinking water installation directly before the building area you want to monitor. The supply line for the individual plants, the drinking water heating in the roof unit, the line section in the storage room through which the drinking water installation is installed or even the drinking water building connection in the building connection room in each building can be shut off.
One variant of the KEMPER Leak Security Systems is the manual or automatic shutoff device from KEMPER. When leaving the building, the house or apartment, etc. the KEMPER maximum flow isolating ball valve is manually closed or motor closed by an automatic building control system. Now, no water damage can arise during long absences.
KEMPER Hygiene System for cold water
Drinking water quality gained by preventing stagnation
Operating companies, users and hygiene representatives for building installations know: stagnation is present everywhere in drinking water systems. That results in problems in the quality of the drinking water. Impairing drinking water quality shows itself in changes in the taste, odour and colour. Excessive cold-water temperatures, triggered by stagnation and long drinking water dwell-times encourages microorganisms and pathogens to grow in piping systems.
s odour and taste and have a low germ count. To comply with this requirement for the no. 1 foodstuff drinking water all the way through to the tapping point, KEMPER is presenting a new hygiene system with advanced solutions to prevent and monitor cold and warm drinking water. The goals of the KEMPER hygiene system are:
- Preventative measures and stagnation avoidance in drinking water systems
- Securing and retaining drinking water quality at the tapping point according to TrinkwV 2001
-
Retaining drinking water hygiene using economically implemented flushing measures in the CDW area
- Calculating, simulating and implementing drinking water installations in WDW and DWC
