After meanwhile many years of constructive and successful cooperative work in the sanitary engineering/facility engineering market, both companies announced at the end of February that Dendrit Haustechnik Software GmbH, Dülmen will be completely taken over on 01-Jan-10 by Gebr. Kemper GmbH + Co. KG, Olpe.
This acquisition by Kemper signifies that Dendrit and the software products it makes will lay the cornerstone to successfully continue the long, successful cooperation with innovative software in the market for sanitary engineering applications.
With the acquisition of the company Dendrit, Kemper is underscoring its leading position in the provision of planning-calculation systems for the complete creation of facility-engineering planning in the sanitary/facility engineering sector.
A platform is currently being mutually presented - Kemper Dendrit CAD 5.4 – in which renowned companies are being united into an association to constitute integrated, complete and complex planning in facility engineering. The software from Dendrit connects the products from the participating companies into a unique offer for planning engineers in the sanitary and heating engineering sector.
With the takeover of Dendrit, Kemper is intending to intensify its stance in supporting planners and to expand its contacts to strategic market partners.
